The On-boarding Process

What to expect:

  • Transporters: iBoxt has Transporters, not drivers. You will see this as our industry standard verbiage. Unlike other third party marketplaces, our drivers do more than drive, they physically transport and move pets and goods.
  • Senders: Senders are the users of the iBoxt Services and the iBoxt app. Typically, these individuals or businesses request the transport of goods from one location to another—whether for themselves, on behalf of their company, or for others.
  • Safety On The Road: As an iBoxt transporter, your safety while transporting goods or pets is our priority. The information we request—such as details about you, your driving history, and your vehicle—helps us ensure you are prepared and qualified for the road. This information also enables us to match you with jobs that suit your experience and vehicle capabilities, supporting a safe and efficient experience for everyone using iBoxt Services and the iBoxt app.
  • Earnings: Earnings: iBoxt transporters can earn up to 80% of the total charge for each completed transport, less tolls and any associated fees, with the potential to earn even more for jobs requiring a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). iBoxt is industry-specific—for example, we cater to industries as well as individuals who are in need of transport services. So if you are a professional mover—senders pay rates that are in line with industry standards for each type of service requested through the app
  • Pay Outs: Same day payouts are available on all jobs for $1.25 per payout transaction. You will have up to 5 cashout transactions per day.
  • Getting Paid through the iBoxt App: iBoxt uses Stripe as our app processor to process all payments and transactions. Any bank data we collect through the iBoxt app will be stored and paid out by Stripe. For more information on Stripe, their Terms of Service and their Privacy Policy visit Stripe.com.
  • Flexible Payouts During Our Early Days:
    As iBoxt is currently in its early launch phase, we are offering three payout methods for your convenience: Zelle, Venmo, and ACH payments. Please note that some of these options may only be available for a limited time. We will notify all Senders and Transporters of any changes and updates to the iBoxt app and our payout methods during the early days of iBoxt.
  • The Onboarding Process:
  • Step 1 – Background and License Verification. To transport with iBoxt Services and the iBoxt App, you must pass and submit a full criminal background check and a full driver’s license verification check. After registering online, iBoxt will provide a link to a trusted agency for your convenience. Please note: iBoxt and its associates are not affiliated with any particular agency—you are welcome to submit your reports from any reputable agency you choose.
  • Step 2 – Approval Notification. Once your background and license checks are approved, you will receive an email confirming your eligibility to continue with the onboarding process.
  • Step 3 – Profile and Vehicle Setup. You will receive a link to our website where you will enter your name, vehicle information, and upload an image of your vehicle and yourself. This helps consumers and businesses identify you and your vehicle, ensuring a safe and transparent experience for everyone
  • Transporting Pets: Transporting Pets:
    We understand how important pets are to their owners, which is why we take great care in selecting the people who transport them. iBoxt is registered and certified with APHIS (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service) and complies with the AWS (Animal Welfare Act), ensuring that our pets are entrusted to responsible and regulated transporters.
  • Documentation: You will be required to upload a valid drivers license, insurance and registration documents for your vehicles during sign up. We will also need an image of your vehicle(s) and you so consumers and businesses of the iBoxt app can identify you.
  • Business Transporters: iBoxt requires you to register all of your vehicles VIN numbers, plate numbers and all required licenses and business EIN’s to sign up.
  • Identity & Safety: iBoxt requires both Senders and Transporters to create an account and use the iBoxt app. As part of the onboarding process, uploading a clear image of yourself helps us verify your identity and ensure smooth, secure operations by clearly identifying who is sending or transporting pets or goods. This step supports the safety and trust of everyone using iBoxt Services.
  • Privacy Policy: You will need to agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to become a transporter through iBoxt Services and the iBoxt app.
  • The approval process usually takes 10-14 business days but may take longer to approve you.
  • iBoxt’s Fee Structure and Earnings: iBoxt retains 20% of every completed transaction as a service fee. This fee helps support the platform, sender services, and ongoing improvements to ensure a reliable experience for both senders and transporters.
  • iBoxt’s Share Code System (iSCS): iBoxt offers a unique earning opportunity through Share Codes. When Senders and Transporters use or share a Share Code, both you and the new user of the app receive money and a 15% discount. iSCS is core to the usage of our app. It was designed to be a fun way for all to share in the reward of an everyday task and for helping grow the iBoxt community.
  • Share Codes Payouts: iBoxt pays all Share Code earnings through our earnings.
  • Move it, Send it, Get it: Is our tagline, but we also Share it and Sell it.
  • While you are waiting: During onboarding and the approval process, we would like to welcome and thank you for your interest in transporting goods and pets with iBoxt.

Tell us about your yourself and your vehicle. Requirements vary by industry so we will tell you what is needed.

We’ll need copies of your license registration, proof of insurance, Drivers license, image of your vehicle and an image of you!

Once you’re on-boarded by our onboarding team you’ll need to download the app and set up your account to start accepting jobs with iBoxt. The iBoxt app launch is set for this month, June 2025.
