How to prepare your item for a transport, move or pickup with iBoxt.

• Prepare your items for transport using boxes, tape, padding and labels. For large items like furniture prepare by using coverings.
• iBoxt requires all items being moved, picked up or transported to be contained, boxed or protected (unless you have elevated your transport with one of our industry drivers that will be packing and moving your items for you).
• Facebook Marketplace & Craigslist items that requires payment. iBoxt transporters do not take/make any payments on your behalf. You must handle payment transactions privately. Please review our Terms of Service for how iBoxt handles transports with payments pending.
• Furniture & Marketplace items. At scheduling you must tell us that you authorize the transport that is not wrapped.
• Label everything individually with your name, origin and destination address.
• When transporting multiple items, label each item (1 of x the number of times) Example: 1 of 5, 2 of 5, 3 of 5 etc.
• Make proper arrangements with your building, business or persons receiving the transport.
• Plan for your transporters arrival and prepare a space or location to pick up and unload. If you cannot prepare for a fast unload, communicate with your transporter in the app to make arrangements beforehand so proper measures could be taken to expedite a smooth transport. Additional costs may apply if additional vehicles or hauls will be needed to facilitate the delivery.
• iBoxt works much like ride-shares and delivery apps, it is incumbent on the Sender (you) to have all item(s) being transported ready for the transporters arrival. Proper arraignments need to be made for the safe and expidited transport of your item(s). iBoxt does not take unprepared or unprotected items unless you agree to the terms of service when scheduling.
• Additional charges may apply for extended time if your driver waits longer than 15 minutes. iBoxt may charge $1.00 per minute after 15 minutes. Please be prepared to avoid additional fees.
• Transporters time: Please be mindful of their time, the outside elements such as cold, heat, rain and traffic. iBoxt transporters work hard, you can show them you appreciate their work with an added tip, they will appreciate it!
• Your Transporter: If you like the job your transporter did for you, go ahead, ask for his name..every request he/she receives from you, iBoxt will pay them an additional $25 for a job well done.
• Tips: You can select the tip amount above and on the app once you schedule your transport. iBoxt Transporters keep 100% of their tips. Thank you in advance for that, we know they will be very grateful.
