This is intentional and with good reason. iBoxt gives back to the community for the users and drivers that use our app. Our mission is to create a positive and helpful community for friends, family and neighbors. Users/senders and driver/transporters will see any and all reviews left by prior transports and good experiences as well as badges, awards, bonuses how many times the driver/transporter was requested by a user/sender and any and all updates about your driver/transporter.
For Example;
How long the driver has been driving using the iBoxt app etc. You as the user/sender can make your own conclusion about the professionalism of your driver and your experience. You will have an opportunity to leave a complaint or a negative comment or concern regarding your driver with an iBoxt representative in a message box at the completion of your transport.
