Background Check & License Verification

As part of our screening process, all Transporters are required to submit to a full background check and driver’s license verification as a condition of using iBoxt  Services and the iBoxt app. By consenting to this process, you acknowledge and agree to undergo these checks as part of your onboarding process.

For your convenience, we will automatically send you a link to iProspectCheck, a trusted third-party background check agency. You are under no obligation to use this agency, and you acknowledge and understand that neither iBoxt or iProspectCheck are affiliated in any way. Should you choose to use iProspectCheck, your results will be forwarded directly to our onboarding team to streamline your application.

You expressly agree and acknowledge that iBoxt is not responsible for the cost of any background or driver’s license verification checks. It is standard industry practice for independent contractors to submit completed checks of such screening procedures at their sole expense. 

Furthermore, by participating in this process, you release iBoxt, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any and all liability in connection with the background check, the provider of such services, and the use or any disclosure of your background check information.
